Chinese cuisine is famous for its flavours, loved by many and Szechuan cuisine is famous for its chilli fire and in the wrong hands the results can be relentlessly lip-numbing.

Thankfully, Red Ginger’s spectrum of spice ranges from the intensity of cold marinated beef in chilli oil, to the cooling tones of lettuce parcels filled with minced chicken. Prices, though reasonable, reflect the first-class quality of ingredients and cooking.
